No Questions Asked Cancellation Insurance
Because our camps have a limited capacity, we cannot offer refunds to campers who cancel for any reason. However, you may purchase a cancellation insurance policy that will allow you to receive a refund in the event that you are unable to attend the camp. Please note that without exception, we are only able to offer you a transfer of your registration fee to another open camp within 12 months if you cancel without having purchased this insurance. For those that do not purchase NQA insurance, campers must pay a credit transfer fee since EXACT will have incurred (travel & stipends to college coaches, facility costs, apparel costs, EXACT equipment & transportation costs and all of the many associated costs it takes to organize our event). Transfer fee is $50 (when notified 14+ days out) or $100 (when notified 1-14 days out from camp). There is no credit provided to no-shows at the camp, so please notify us early!
